Opis

Cute cottage in good state, some decoration to do:

* Ground floor: living room with kitchen corner, fire place with built-in wood burner and stairs (34 m2), shower/washbasin/WC.

* First floor (former attic): bedroom (30 m2).

Big convertible barn of more than 100 m2 ground floor surface.

Courtyard/garden with entrance gate.

Land with fruit trees.

The house is in good state, some decoration left to do. Insulated roof in good state. New wooden windows with double glazing; new wooden door in two parts in the living room. Heating with the built-in wood burner and electric. Hot water immersion heater. Electricity correct. Connected to mains drains.

For the barn: the roof was completely redone and all the doors are replaced by new ones. Ideal occasion for a conversion!

The house lies on the edge of Tournon St. Pierre (37), a village with local shops situated between Le Blanc, a small town at the Creuse river with all commerce's, cinema, hospital, restaurants and hotels and La Roche Posay, a thermal centre with all the necessary commerce's and more.

Tournon St. Pierre lies practically in the Parc Regional de la Brenne, a unique natural area.

The region is characterised by its green river valleys and the rural country side.

The region is influenced by the Atlantic coast and has a micro-climate with moderated winters and nice summers.
