Price: US$ 250.- per sq. meter or US$ 25.00 per sq. foot.
Lot size: 5000 sq. meters / 50.000 sq. feet

There is also a lovely guest cottage in place with small kitchen, bath, laundry facilities and service building. The brand new service building has solar panels, inverters and batteries and a small Honda generator as well as 3000 gallon cistern and water-collecting roof. There is also a storage room.A pea-stone driveway winds between stone walls to the cottage and is lined by hibiscus and specimen palms. An acre of lawn has been planted between the cottage and the sea so that one may walk barefoot from one to the other. In the future, an elegant villa of 5-8 bedrooms with extensive terracing, pool and spa-areas will comfortably fit the site and will have spectacular, unobstructed ocean views. The property faces east across a wide lagoon and barrier reef to the open sea beyond. The easterly tradewinds constantly cool the area and the display of wildlife ranges from the multitude of birds to the great humpback whales that migrate to this area each year, remaining from December to early April. Here, too, is perfect peace as the property lies almost a mile from any public roadways within the gated community. Underground utilities service the lot and the 3.6 kilometers of the project roadways make for wonderful walking or jogging opportunities while the nearby Robert Trent Jones-designed Playa Grande Golf Club offers the best in championship play.
