I love the location of this enormous parcel of land. It is situated next to a pretty, but typically sleepy hamlet, with plenty of neighbours (but also personal space). The land is set back from a country lane which begins with a spectacular chateau and ends with a water tower on the horizon. The latter almost resembles a lighthouse from this distance. The biggest conundrum here is whether to retain the whole field - and fulfil a dream of keeping horses or allowing the dogs to roam freely - or else divide it and sell the other half on to someone with a similar vision.
