Duseke Strasse Pankow, Berlin

This new development in Berlin's picturesque Pankow district provides a perfect combination of peaceful living and urban convenience. Pankow is known for its relatively quiet streets and green space, as well as its beautiful town hall and train station.

A stylish alternative to more customary inner-city living, the project consists of two houses split into apartments as well as a separate maisonette. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace, wooden flooring with underfloor heating, a modern bathroom and floor length windows.

Pankow is arguably one of Berlin's prettiest districts, with multiple parks and predominantly altbau buildings. The project is less than 5 minutes' walk from the S- and U-Bahn station, and journeys to Alexanderplatz in the city centre take less than 20 minutes by public transport or about 25 by bicycle. There are abundant cafes and restaurants in the vicinity, as well as several schools, pharmacies and healthcare centres. The local supermarket, along with several other food and clothing shops, can be found in the nearby Rathaus-centre.
