The centre has opened 17 years ago and is situated at 35 km from Almeria with its white beaches and 1.5 km from the next village of about 4.000 inhabitants.
Almeria enjoys the best climate in Spain which has contributed to the popularity of the centre as an equestrian holiday destination over the years.

The terrain is sloping and forms four terraces. On the bottom terrace are the 20x40 m riding arena and the lungeing circle with 15 m diameter.
The ten 3x3 m open horse stables with paddocks are on the second terrace. There is also the 3x6 m barn for the horse fodder.
On the next terrace is the parking, toilets, a barbecue area and the 120.000 liter water deposit.
Finally, on the top terrace is the owners house with 120 m2 including 4 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and bath, a store room and the garage as well as a 40 m2 terrace. Next to the main house are 2 guest bungalows with 35 m2 each. The property has mains electricity and internet service. Water comes from a well.
