The family house might have a style which not suits everyone, but it is in an immaculate state and very much ready for an update.
The land of 5.290 m2 is fully fenced and so if you are to have dogs they can play around safely. Also, you can take them easily for a walk on the beach as this is merely at a 5 minute walk distance. The garden is beautiful, especially when in full bloom.
The property of 200 m2 is divided over 2 floors and a big basement. It has 4 bedrooms. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor and one, the master bedroom with bathroom, is located on the first floor with an access to a large roof terrace. Two of the three bedrooms on the ground floor have private bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with shower.
There is a spacious living room with a cosy fireplace and a covered patio with lots of natural light coming in form which you have a full view of your swimming pool area and sun terrace. Moreover, there is a BBQ area next to the terrace with a lounge area from which you can fully enjoy those summer days with your kids splashing around in the water.
The house is heated by underfloor heating. There is a garage and a small shed on the land and lots of trees to make tree houses for the kids.
Water: there is a dual supply. There is a big cistern which fills up when it rains and is used for the garden. And there is also a commercial supply.
Heating: underfloor heating on the ground floor is heated by gasoil.
Please do note:
The property cannot obtain a tourist license. One of the conditions to obtain a license is that you need to have a cedula d'habitabilitat. This is a document from the local government stating that a property has been build according to government guidelines and regulations. Many of the older properties, this house was build in 1970) were not build with a building permit as back then there were different (less) rules & regulations, resulting in many properties that are registered but not 'legal'. Not legal does not mean the government will demand the house to be demoslished. In Spain it means they cannot obtain this cedula, and thus also they cannot obtain the tourist license, but they are fully registered in the governments registeries.
