Excellent villa in a beautiful location in Moscari with the back drop of the Tramuntana Mountains. The living area of this villa is about 312 m2 on plot of 14.397 m2, which was built to very high quality finishes and immaculately kept by the present owners.

The beautiful property consists of three really good size double bedrooms with a possibility of a fourth single bedroom upstairs, if needed, three bathrooms (all en-Suite) plus a guest toilet. Lounge/dining room, kitchen and utility room,
Great outdoor space, off the master bedroom is a huge balcony with fabulous views, covered and open terraces all around the house. Lawned grass leads to the pool (which is heated!) and sunbathing area, totally private not overlooked. There are also a number of olive trees, they produce their own olive oil as well as lots of different fruit trees.
Gated entrance and grand drive way to the villa, covered parking for two cars, but plenty of space to park more.
Special features are underfloor heating, open fireplace in lounge, air conditioning in all the bedrooms, own well, outer buildings for garden equipment and a second gated entrance for the gardener.

Recommend viewing, sold furnished, ready to move into. Really a great family home.

Moscari is small lovely town, located on the outskirts of Selva, near the small towns of Campanet and Buger. In the neighbourhood of Moscari, you can find the caves of Campanet and the natural beauty of the “Fonts Ufanes”. Inca, well known for its leather goods, is in easy reach as well as the wonderful beaches of the north coast in Pollensa, Alcudia, Playa de Muro and Ca’n Picafort. Several golf facilities are nearby. This area offers the best of both worlds: the seclusion of the rural location, but all facilities are within easy reach.
