This amazing home overlooks the beach of Jomtien, encroaching sand by her in the lush garden of the house overlooking the other side on a private infinity pool and terrace for sunbathing with sun loungers and dining table. The deep and beautiful views in every room of the house goes to sea in the Gulf of Thailand.

On two floors, the house is contemporary design with large windows to keep the sea and all with views.

The large living room has a beautiful fitted with luxurious furnishings all kitchen consists of a block of marble to cook nicely in a friendly atmosphere overlooking the sitting area with two large leather sofas, a table for perfect dinner for 15 people. At the end of the room, a pool table and a TV area with flat screen satellite offering the international pack.

The first three suites are located on the first stages overlooking the garden or beach.

Upstairs, there are three other 4 suites which have a terrace with sea view.

Six of the seven rooms consist of a spa tub, a king size bed, with air-conditioning, a flat screen and international channels.

There are 8 bathrooms in total in the house consists of WC, showers and bidets, seven of which are attached directly to the suites.

On the top floor, the house offers a huge magnificent terrace with a small lounge for an aperitif, a bar to party, a terrace for sunbathing, a dining table and a grill to really feel on holiday.

Jomtien Beach is one of the most popular Pattaya and is within 5 miles of our home. Near this place, many restaurants, shops and activities will delight your holiday. Less than 10 minutes, we also find a Golf, the Phoenix Club and Pattaya is less than 15 minutes.

The amount included 100 units of electricity per day, wifi, free water restriction, the maid every day and it available 24/7 24/7 on site.

We offer these extra services:

Thai cuisine or another have offered 1000 baht is 31USD per meal cost + 20% + races races for the movement or a package of 3 meals a day you have proposed for 2800 THB per day is $ 87 + the amount of races to move up 20% according to the races. The meal is prepared until 10 pm.

The laundry (excluding dry cleaning and washing the leather) THB 500 per week or 15 usd per week.

Driver and car: Toyota Innova with 7 up to 2000 THB or 60 usd per day, excluding gasoline. Minibus with 14 seats for 2500 THB 75 usd per day excluding petrol.
