Upstairs are two more double bedrooms & a bathroom, most of the windows are double glazed & there is air-conditioning in the downstairs living room & fireplace for the winter. The farmhouse has its own well which is all legal, there is also an Orchard at the back of the property with a variety of fruit trees.
