Each house has its own outside area - with the two end houses (The Farmhouse and The Stable) having slightly larger, more private areas. Opposite the houses is a small outbuilding which has been converted to create a laundry room. To one side of the property is a boules pitch, next to which is the swimming pool with covered games area and pump room. There is plenty of parking space.

The complex of buildings has been tastefully renovated and the gites are light spacious. The market town of Mansle is just a short drive and the village itself has a bar and grocer's shop.
