Fermette with large garden in a village setting

This pretty fermette, with a barn ripe for development, is in a small village only 13km from the attractive riverside town of Jarnac and 7km from the market town of Rouillac.

House

Ground floor

The front door opens into the entrance hall (15 sq m) with tiled floor and traditional wooden winding staircase to the rear. To the left a door opens into the dual aspect living room (35 sq m) with fireplace and a glazed door to the garden. To one corner is fitted kitchen area.
