Financial Analyst

We recruit a Financial Analyst.

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for participating in a wide range of duties including financial reporting, forecasting, consolidations, and financial analysis. The Financial Analyst will also be working with accounting and business management teams on generating proper documentation for month-end activities.

Responsibilities:

* Approval of Purchase Requisitions and Travel Expenses ;

* Provide accurate and timely reports; ensure information is consistent and reconciled ;

* Supporting the monthly month-end process ;

* Prepare standardized and ad hoc operational financial performance reports supporting the analysis of financial results ;

* Testing Business Intelligence software automate/simplify monthly management reporting ;

* Create ad-hoc reports based upon findings that may seem questionable ;

* Seek opportunities to improve internal financial processes in ways that reduce work while serving critical business needs ;

* Assist in annual planning, budgeting and forecasting ;

* Develop and maintain proper tools to facilitate the planning processes ;

* Work with other team members in ensuring that deadlines are met.

Profil recherché pour le poste : Financial Analyst

* Minimum 1-3 Years of experience is required, preferably financial controlling ;

* Experience compiling and maintaining large spreadsheets/trackers ;

* Experience with accounting systems and principles (General ledger analysis/accruals/deferrals, etc.) ;

* Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required ;

* Proficient with MS Office products including Excel 2010, Word, and Outlook; Access a plus ;

* Experience with ERP systems is a plus (Peoplesoft preferred) ;

* Knowledge of the IT industry is a plus.
