A farm in Mallorca - a dream, not only for horse lovers!

Passing the entrance gate you will reach the villa on a 200 meter tarmacked drive way. The villa surrounded by terraces and palm trees sits on a plot of 17.200 m2 (two and a third acres) with south west orientation and breathtaking views over the sea up to Menorca and the castle of Capdepera. This is also where the main entrance and the pool is situated enhanced by beautiful tropical flowers and plants.

The original construction of the main house goes back to the 11th century showing the typical one meter thick walls of natural stone of that time which works as a perfect climate regulator. The villa was completely renovated in the late 80ies and boasts today state-of-the-art technology. Also the heating system was recently updated.
Entering the villa is the typical Majorcan baking oven made of natural stone to the right.
Passing the generous entrance hall is the lounge with open fire place and "bodega", a guest bedroom with en-suite bath. A corridor leads to the utility room boasting a decalcification plant and further on to the kitchen with dining area and direct access to the pool terrace. Here is also a summer kitchen with barbecue and a rest room.
A staircase leads from the lounge to the upper floor with three double bedrooms ( one with bath en-suite), a sauna and a whirl pool.

On the outside is a garage for two cars and a car port and further down are horse boxes for 4 horses and adjoining paddocks as well as a small barn (6 x 6 meters) for horse feed and straw storage. In the lower part of the property is a riding arena, there are several fruit trees and a tool shed which also houses the deep well. The whole property is walled with natural stone and fenced and is irrigated with the water from the well on the property.
