This lovely five bedroom house which is just right for a B&B in the right location in a picturesque village with views. It is within easy reach to all amenities.

The entrance is all paved up to the house and surrounding outside areas, with front view of the lovely well laid out garden with its bright coloured flowers. On reaching the front house you have marble stairs taking you up to the front entrance door. There is a second entrance from the side of the house with access of both ways up the few steps to the kitchen.

ENTRANCE:

The spacious hallway with its double doors leading to the living room and to the kitchen area. There is also a cloak cupboard as for storage.

LOUNGE AND DINING AREA:

The L shaped lounge is spacious and bright with space for your dining table making it comfortable. In the corner there is an attractive fireplace which is the centre attraction with a recuperador giving out that wonderful warmth during the chilly evenings. The two windows provide plenty of natural light into the lounge/dining area.

KITCHEN:

The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need with good natural lighting and access to the side patio area leading out onto the bar area and an outside kitchen. This is a great area for outside catering whilst enjoying the pool area.

The fully fitted kitchen has a selection of fitted wooden kitchen units and granite work top. There is a gas stove and electric oven with cooker hood above. Also a double stainless sink with the window above looking out onto the back area patio.

BEDROOMS:

From the hall way you have access to the wood half-stairs leading to all four bedrooms.

CLOSET:

Extra storage space which is always very useful for those extra blankets and bed linen.

BEDROOM: 1.

Double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and a window looking out onto the front of the house, with fantastic views. Wooden floors though out the bedroom.

MASTERBEDROOM ENSUITE:

Spacious double bedroom with built-in wardrobe the complete length of the bedroom giving you excellent storage.Also a dressing-room area. The shower room with toilet and bidet with wash basin. Fully tiled.

FAMILY BATHROOM:

Fitted with bath tub and shower. The wash basin with cupboard space underneath and toilet, bidet. Also a fitted heated towel rail.

GROUND FLOOR:

The ground floor area has an additional room which at present is used as a bedroom with a bathroom with a shower and toilet, bidet with wash basin.

This additional room has a fitted feature brick-faced fireplace with recuperador. It has storage space the length of the room. As this is a ground floor room there are two high windows. The floor is tiled.

There is also a small storage room which is used as an Adega to store the wines.

OUTSIDE AREA:

There is a large outside annex, comprising of 3 rooms; the Bar, bathroom and fitted kitchen: The Bar which is fully fitted out giving you and your guests a relaxing time any time of the day. The bar has two windows with views of the pool and back patio area. With access to the comfortable bathroom for the use of the pool area. Even when returning from the beach or golf, it's such a great way to use this bathroom. Also there is a kitchen which is fully equipped which offers an excellent service to serve meals at any time of the day while enjoying the outdoor life all year around.

You have a undercover bbq with a wash basin, which has access to the annex kitchen.

There is a storegae room for the oil for the central heating and water. The water tank is ready to take solar panels. There are gas bottles stored in a separate storage room.

There is a lovely traditional Portuguesa style brick seating with a table with views of the pool and the lovely orchard.

POOL AREA:

This area has been taken into account with safety for the whole family including children with its enclosed railings surrounding the pool. The whole area is stoned paved. It is very spacious enabling you to enjoy using the sun loungers. There are steps up to the pool area from the patio, and steps at the far end of the pool to the orchard and rear gardens.

The orchard is on a slope. There are a variety of fruit trees. The whole garden and orchard is installed with its own irrigation system which is provided by its own well. At the top of this beautiful peaceful area of the orchard the owners took great care and with passion to build a pond with its own bridge. You can sit here for hours and enjoy the peacefulness and views at any time of the day. The view from the top of the garden is across the village and the valley and distant hills.

The well is always full and is used by the owners for filling the pool.

Surrounding the orchard is a wonderful display of shrubs planted which gives a beautiful display of colour throughout the four seasons of the year.

This property is located in a friendly village where there are three coffee shops,mini supermarket easy within walking distance. You have the bread van and fish van pass by the house on a daily basis.

It is within easy reach of the golf courses and beautiful golden beaches of the Silver Coast. Beaches are Foz do Arelho, Peniche, Area Branca, Sao Martinho do Porto. Nazare.

Shopping Towns : Caldas da Rainha, Rio Maior, Torres Vedras.
