For Sale : Town House - Polis, Prodromi

This charming 2 bedroom Townhouse is located in Proromi which lies equi-distant from the quaint Cypriot town of Polis and the upmarket fishing marina of Latchi with its numerous fish restaurants.

Based on a small exclusive development the house is approached along a drive large enough to park two cars or it can be easily transformed into an easy maintenance front garden. To the right of the front door is a veranda with plenty of space for a table and chairs and would be ideal for watching the world go by.

Once through the front door we come to the spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area.and the lounge includes a sofa and armchair whilst the dining area contains an attractive dining suite and chairs.

Kitchen appliances are a Hotpoint spin dryer, an Electrocool Fridge Freezer, a Terim cooker and a Venus washing machine. Also on the ground floor is a guest W.C, unusually designed inasmuch as there are 3 steps leading down into it.

Leading through the door from the kitchen we come to the large private courtyard area, which as it is south facing is a real suntrap.

The 2 double bedrooms and family bathroom are located on the first floor. The master bedroom offers views over the surrounding countryside via double doors which lead directly to a balcony. This room has dual purpose Air conditioning and very generous wardrobe space.

The second bedroom also offers good views across the countryside and again has plenty of wardrobe space as well as having dual purpose Air conditioning.

In between the 2 bedrooms is the family bath/shower room
