For Sale: Townhouse In West Algarve..

Ferragudo Energy Certificate: C 191 m2 Plot 127 m² built 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. In the lovely village of Ferragudo you find this wonderfully renovated townhouse with beautiful terraces and a plunge pool. An extra is also the shop next door, that you may connect to the house if you want, but what can also be good for a continuous rental income and as an extra incentive to sell the property in the future. The lovely characteristic house dates from the 1940´s. The ground floor consists of a large lounge with a good woodburner, an optically separated dining room, an artistic bathroom, a bedroom and a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and large fridge freezer. From the lounge stairs lead to a mezzanine on the first floor where you find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and the 3rd bedroom. Opening doors from one bedroom lead to the wonderful terrace from where you can go directly to the higher street at the rear of the property through a small storage house, which can be used as laundry and/or bike storage if you want. The real surprise you find on this terrace as well, a lovely square shaped plunge pool under a pergola, completely private. Stairs lead to the surprisingly large roof terrace with a pergola as well. From here you have wonderful views over the village. The house has gas central heating. The atmosphere is wonderful. The high ceilings and the wonderful outdoor space make the attraction complete. But then you have the next extra. The shop is 65m2 and consists of a ground floor with kitchen and bathroom and a large mezzanine. It rents out very well, but you could also run your own business here or make it part of the house. CLICK HERE for more info
