This Beautiful house situated in a Village is enclosed within its own private grounds.

The house is all on one floor. Attached is a large independent Annex which could be used as a holiday letting. In the front of the house has a large drive way, surrounded by flowers. There is a sun house where you can enjoy those lovely afternoons.

From the driveway you can enter into a closed in court yard where you have a BBQ and a traditional Portuguese bread oven, which is under cover.

There is a large covered area used for outdoor entertaining for all those BBQ's.The entertaining area is mosaic tiled on the walls. The courtyard has some lovely Bougainvilla, when in full bloom is delightful to see giving the patio so much colour.

The Courtyard has access to a laundry room. Also to the old adega which has been transformed into an entertaining room there is a wood burning stove also for those winter evenings.

All Bedrooms are fitted with double fitted wardrobes and equipped with lots of space in the wardrobes. All bedrooms have excellent light from the outside by the sun shining right through.

The Lounge is large and looking out onto the front garden, with good sunlight shining through. The lounge has a salamander giving out excellent heat. From the lounge leading into a fourth bedroom with its own bathroom, giving you private entrance onto the courtyard. You have a door leading out on to the front garden.

The Annex has two excellent size double bedrooms each with their own private Shower room. There is a separate bathroom. A good sized study also. The corridor to this lovely annex has lovely mosaic tiles on the wall. The mosaic flooring throughout is beautiful.

The Lounge is bright and comfortable with two double doors opening onto the patio over looking on to the pool. It has a lovely marbled fireplace which is a Recuperador, giving out that extra warm heating during those wintery evenings. From the lounge going through double wooden glass doors into a lovely kitchen equipped with wooden kitchen units. The kitchen is equipped with an excellent oven. A door leading out onto a covered patio where you have a BBQ and a path way down to the pool and sun lounge area.

The Pool garden has a lemon tree and a tangerine tree, and also two Kennels. There is an entrance from the pool area to a small orchard which is private also a small room which houses the pool generator.

The Front of the main house there is an outside room which can be used as workshop or for garden tools. Also attached to the main house at the front is room which has a large area which can be transformed into an extra room.

The drive way of this beautiful house has plenty of room for cars and to the end of the drive way has a double garage.

The house has Pre Installation for central heating. The house is connected to the water mains and electricity

Fanadia is 5k from Caldas Da Rainha which is a beautiful town here on the Silver Coast .It is the Queen's hot springs a sprawling spa town famous for its thermal cures, ceramics and fruit farming. Where you will find a beautiful open air fruit and vegetable market which is open seven days a week. Also here we have the Best fresh fish market.

We are surrounded here on the Silver Coast by some of the most beautiful golden sandy

beaches and the some of Europe's best Golf Courses to be played on all within a short driving distance.

For those who enjoy walk trips you will be amazed of the surrounding beauty to be found here. Just 10 minutes ride from Caldas within easy reach is Obidos famous for its enchanting hill town with pretty whitewashed houses is enclosed within 14-century walls. There is a lot of wonderful history to see here with in this walled castle ruins. And lovely churches dating back many years.

Lisbon the capital is a 50 minute drive with in easy access on the motorway. Also from Caldas we have an excellent every hour express coach service into and out of Lisbon taking a one hour drive. The Beaches are all within easy access. Also for those who love to do surfing and any other sport activities.
