In the heart of the idyllic village of Huai Yai, there is this one luxury western housing estate bearing this modern two-story villa. With an abundance of living-area, this property offers the main living-space with the lounge and the dining-area, the Western kitchen plus two of the bedrooms all on the ground-floor. In addition, there is an indoor snooker room that can be easily converted in yet another ground-floor bedroom. As built in a U-shape around the lovely 13 meter pool with its separate Jacuzzi, all the rooms provide wide sliding-doors and views to the blue waters.

There is a total of 4 bathrooms, 3 of them en-suite of the larger bedrooms. Walking closets are built in 2 of the bedrooms.

The white aluminum windows and sliding-doors are all combined with fly screens to allow a nice airflow throughout the house. Together with the double-bricked walls, an amazingly pleasant climate pampers the villas inhabitants.

Besides the pool and the outdoor shower, there is easy to maintain space for the deckchairs and a covered terrace with an outdoor table for 14 people.

Around the entrance and carport area, there is some juicy lawns and even a Petanque (or boccia) field. You can guess the owners nationality. Sufficient storage space is there as well.

Another highlight of the villa is its comprehensive illumination by multi colored LED-strips which let the villa shine in fantastic colors.

A great property with lots of space and little maintenance costs within a housing-estate with mainly Westerners.
