Descrizione

Situated a short drive from a small town with all amenities, this is really lovely. Up the long drive we come past the heated pool and over the terrace into the house, to find a really gorgeous, big, kitchen / diner with French windows both sides - lovely. To the right we have a big sitting room of around 45m2 with slate tiles and big wood burning insert (air pumps send the heat around the house), the stairs take us up to a big mezzanine library (or spare bedroom?).

The other side of the kitchen we have two big bedrooms with parquet floors and French windows and a big bathroom.

Outside, the other side of the pool, we have a little guest house with sitting room, small kitchen corner, shower room and bedroom - cosy and very pleasant with big French windows going out to the little terrace and hot tub!

Big garage and workshop in a garden of 3700m2. All in all, a rather splendid abode at a great price.
