Gorgonia House $850,000

Gorgonia House

A brand new, luxury, residential, gated community in the heart of the yachting centre of the Caribbean - Falmouth Harbour, Antigua.

The community, called 'Coral Gardens', initially consists of four large family villas each with its own private plot of approx 0.75 acre with views over Falmouth Harbour and beyond.

Gorgonia House is built in a traditional Caribbean style, but with uber-modern conveniences. This villa has a 4,200 sq ft covered constructed area including a verandah. This was designed to keep the house cool with its fully operable, hurricane-strength louvered windows and large opening gallery doors, from every room, kept fully in the shade. The uncovered constructed area is over 1,300 sq ft which comprises a large toughly-constructed raised swimming pool 35ft X 13ft and sunbathing deck with the option of under the stars dining.

The villa has four bedrooms (one en-suite), two bathrooms, a spacious, fully fitted open plan kitchen, laundry room and living area. All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans. The covered veranda also has ceiling fans.

The gentle sloping gardens are landscaped with many of the beautiful trees and colourful flowers found here in Antigua.

The villa is constructed under strict hurricane-proof guidelines and will guarantee the lowest premium with insurance companies.

Gorgonia House represents an excellent investment for residential or holiday rental property.
