Upon the customer' s desire apartment to be finished in full, additional fees must be paid: 480 EUR for the laminate и 480 EUR for the bathroom equipment.

Payment plans:

I. option - within 3 months:

1 installment - 50% - first month

2 installment - 40% - second month

3 installment - 10% - third month

Reservation fee will be deducted from the last installment.

II. option - within 6 months:

1 installment - 50 % - first month

2 installment - 40 % - fourth month

3 installment - 10 % - seventh month

Reservation fee will be deducted from the last installment.

III. option - within 1 year, every 4-th month:

1 installment - 30 % - first month

2 installment - 30 % - fifth month

3 installment - 30 % - ninth month

4 installment - 10 % - twelfth month

IV. option - within 2 years, every 8-th month:

1 installment - 30 % - first month
