Large double room available from the start of July. Rent is €850/month INCLUDING BILLS. The house is very spacious with 4 double bedrooms over 3 floors, large sitting room with separate dining room and kitchen, 2 bathrooms and own back garden.
The room itself is a large double room with built in wardrobes and shelves (plenty of storage).
We have a spare room that we Airbnb from time to time (weekdays) but is free for guests to stay at weekends.
Parking is not guaranteed, the house is situated in a cul de sac with free parking available but it is a free for all and spaces are VERY limited.
Situated in an ideal quiet, safe, picturesque area in the much sought after Rathmines, 5 minute walk down Leinster Road to Rathmines Village.
You'd be sharing with 3 friendly professionals, 1 male & 2 females, late twenties, early thirties. Looking for someone of similar age who is laid back, fun and doesn't mind a drink and catch up every so often. Would prefer someone who is similar in age and must be a dog lover as we have a 3 year old cocker/westie dog. This house is looked after well and is a home.
Viewing will be in 2 weeks.
