Siam Garden Court is a charming little block of apartments in Jomtien (beach side of Sukhumvit) built in a Mediterranean style, around a garden courtyard with a communal pool. The 2 storey guesthouse is built on an area of 792 sqm and comprises of 15 apartments, most of them are air conditioned , some have ceiling fans. More than 80 percent of the apartments are occupied throughout the year with mostly European tenants, some of which live there for several years.
