High specification new build..

In the charming area of Les Nants which is a tranquil area yet next to Morzine centre offering an ideal location. A new build residence of only 8 apartments with 4 apartments in each building this will offer an exclusive residence built to a very high specification.

------------

The site is situated just off the Route des Nants a very tranquil area which is a 5 minute walk from the centre of Morzine with its bars, restaurants and shops. This will be a high specification development with only 8 apartments.

All apartments have been designed to maximise the sunlight facing between South and West.

The secure basement connects the two buildings with private garages, storage caves and a boot/ski room for all apartments.

The more pertinent point is that access to the slopes is 50m from the front door and a mere 5 minute walk to Morzine centre this development does offer one of the best locations in Morzine. It will only improve with the introduction of the new Chair lift which is proposed for the Pleney slope which you will be able to ski to from this residence.

A website has been built to show you the residence in more detail which can be found at

http://www.morzine-nants.com/

There is a lot of information on the website and you can even walk through the apartments to see the types of finishes and use of internal space (although most of this would be in your control)

Completion of the development will be February 2016
