Opis

This historical country house with oil mill is situated in the mountains of Caimari. Carefully renovated main house is now in a perfect condition. On the ground floor of the house you will find a spacious entrance hall and living room, office, dining room and kitchen. The upper floor offers four bedrooms and one bathroom. In other parts of the house there are two separate apartments, each one with its own living room and bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The oil mill (tafona) could be restored and there are possibilities to have more living space. Outside you will find a barbecue area with an old stone oven, a bath and a small workshop. The property has its own electricity supply with generator, solar panels and underfloor heating. It also has several chimneys. All technological appliances are of the highest quality. Beautiful surroundings are a combination of garden with pine and olive forest.
