Horseshoe Point: 4 plus bedroom villa..

This property is not only a beautiful and well-conceived villa, it is embedded in a concept of harmonic living.

Light, airy and open but still well shaded, this villa offers pleasant living in peace and harmony. The best possible environment for a family.

The ground-floor is dominated by the open-plan living- and dining-area with its many windows and sliding-doors providing views to the greenery all around the property. Behind the dining-area is the noble Western kitchen providing all appliances and fittings that you would expect. Crossing the downstairs area, you step onto a nicely covered terrace, a wonderfully manicured garden, a dining-area, a cozy Sala or the entrance area with its covered carport for two cars. Also downstairs, there are 4 bedrooms, two of them with en-suite bathrooms and all of them tastefully fitted and decorated.

One of the bedrooms has been newly erected as a freestanding bungalow which makes it a self-contained guest-room or quarters for a teenager.

Upstairs you have the master-suite with its next-door children's bedroom that can also be used as an office or reading room. This suite further provides a generous walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, TV and two balconies with lovely views across the resort.

The ceilings are extra high, the quality curtains fixed invisibly, all major rooms are air-conditioned, ADSL-Internet and Satellite-TV. The appearance of the property is a blend of Asian beauty combined with European functionality.

The property is constantly looked after and maintained by its owners. The garden area is immaculate and the property situated right on a circular river providing nice sights and sound. The communal pool-area is stretched and quiet but should you want to have your own pool, there is sufficient space to build one.
