Fira, overlooking the Aegean Sea from the east and offers a panoramic vista of the entire island.

Among its numerous features are: central heating all over the complex, air-

The hotel includes an authentic windmill 250 years old, that was repaired a few years ago, that is being used as as suite.

This original windmill provides a sitting room, a kitchen and a private bathroom.
At its second floor there is a bedroom for two guests and a small attic, where a third guest can stay.
Around the windmill there is a veranda that you can see all the island.

The double rooms include an A/C, a refrigerator, a bathroom, a satellite TV, a safe box,a hair dryer and a telephone is provided.They all are decorated in a traditional island style.

Inside the apartments, one can find a kitchen, an A/C, a satellite TV, a safe box, a telephone, a hair dryer. An apartment can accomodate up to 3 persons.

The suites are double, triple, quadraple and they all have a kitchen, an air
condition, a satellite TV, a safe box, a direct dial phone, central heating, a hair dryer and a spacious veranda each.

The annual expenses are approximately 100.000 euros and the revenue in the summer period that the hotel operates (May to end of September), is 300.000 euros.

The personnel consists of 5 persons.

The hotel is an SA Corporation.

The reasons for selling is the owner's retirement.
