The Corran Resort & Spa's existing 21 luxurious suites houses a state-of-the-art media system incorporating a widescreen TV, wireless and a sophisticated sound and DVD system. Guests can relax in Kohler baths while additional features include powerful Matki walk-in showers and stone floors with underfloor heating. Sumptuous Frette cotton sheets furnish the beds, while guests can also pamper themselves with natural REN products.

This exceptionally high calibre is being taken forward into the renovation of further buildings within the resort. These expansion plans have come to fruition following a great increase in wedding bookings at the resort, with event reservations now needed a year in advance, and with its rural location extra accommodation is needed.

Purchasers at The Corran Resort & Spa can take the security of high NET rental return option which go as far as 15 years post-purchase. The rate of return currently is 12% for purchasers from years 1-10, this then increases to 15% fixed annual returns from years 11-15.
