Most of the buildings are centred around a large inner courtyard which has a spacious covered seating area, a covered games area for table tennis and basket-ball, and an old stone bergerie used as a laundry, workshop and storage area.

Behind the main buildings is a large open-fronted barn which provides covered parking for 6 cars and storage for the large maintenance equipment. In front of this building is a large parking area for the owners and the guests.
