House Bungalow - For Sale - 4 Bedrooms

REDUCED FROM 299,950 Euro - Spacious 4 bedroom bungalow with TITLE DEEDS set in quiet Xylophagou village location

Set on a corner plot, this privately built bungalow is built to a very high standard and offers ample space for all the family.

Enter through the double doors into the bright, spacious hallway with guest cloakroom and WC. Leading from the hallway you will enter the large living room, with central heating and lots of light from the patio doors and windows. Next you will enter the separate dining room (a rarity in Cyprus!) which leads to the individual kitchen with offset utility room. Both Kitchen and Utility have separate entrances to the garden and double garage.

Of the four bedrooms, the master bedroom has a private dressing room/walk in wardrobe which leads to the en-suite shower room. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are both of a good size and have acess to the "Jack and Jill" family bathroom. The 4th bedroom is currently used as an office and workspace.

Outside there is a large separate garage with electric roller door, parking for 3- 4 cars or even a boat. There is a closed in `conservatory` style area and the 9 x 4 swimming pool structure is intact, and easily converted but currently used as garden.

This property must be seen to be fully appreciated.

Available for sale, unfurnished, with air-conditioning throughout, this would make an excellent family home.
