Phillippi Harbor Club is a state of the art "rackominium" dry dock marina club community located in Sarasota on the shores of Phillippi Creek that is convenient to Sarasota, Longboat Key, Siesta Key and Lido Key. Only minutes from St. Armand's Circle, downtown Sarasota and Points South. Just call the marina, order your boat down, show up and enjoy your time on the water. You can even call them with at least an hour s notice to request the boat splash, and have them load your cooler with ice and drinks charged to your card on file. When you return, just remove your personal belongings, and the friendly staff pulls the boat, washes the outside, flushes the engine and stores it back in your very own rack. With plenty of car parking and boat dock space, fuel-on-site (discount for owners), work racks, storage lockers, bathrooms, showers and on-site staff and management, this facility does it all. This facility was built to the latest hurricane and fire standards. Direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway and just 15-20 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico via the newly dredged Phillippi Creek. This boat rack will accommodate a boat 32 length, 9 6 wide and 12 height and includes 2 storage lockers. Current owners have been renting it out for $481.50 per month.
