EXCEPTIONAL VIEWS from this fabulous 3 bedroom SEA FRONT villa in Ayia Thekla with TITLE DEEDS ready!

Enter into the open plan kitchen, living and dining area of this property and be swept away by the amazing views of the turquoise Mediterranean waters at the bottom of the private garden. This stylish villa is ideal for holidays on the sun and boasts excellent rental potential due to the seafront location. The modern kitchen boasts integrated appliances and for convenience there is a guest wc with shower at ground floor level. Upstairs the master bedrooms offers uninterrupted views of the sea from the full size patio windows and also has an en suite shower room. The second and third bedrooms are served by the family shower room.

Property like this is very difficult to come across as most seafront land in the area is reserved for large hotels, however, this stunning villa is right on the sea protection line, away from the busy holiday resort of Ayia Napa, but only a few minutes by car from the busy beaches, shops, bars and restaurants.

There is a small, quiet beach just 20m from the bottom of the garden.

Ayia Thekla

Ayia Thekla is an emerging residential resort which lies just 6 km west of the cosmopolitan resort of Ayia Napa in Eastern Cyprus. Although residential, many of the properties for sale are popular for holiday rentals due to their close to the sea, quiet location and proximity to Ayia Napa. The church at Ayia Thekla is one of the most photographed spots in Eastern Cyprus as it overlooks a clear blue lagoon which is protected by a small island, making the water very calm. With the pale sands this is the first of many beautiful beaches around the southern tip. The main commercial town of the area, Paralimni, is only 10km away and Larnaca International airport is 45km making it only a thirty minute drive.
