The followers of the Hungarian House might have seen this house before. Is correct. There was a deposit contract signed but the buyers do not follow up on this. That means the house is back for sale again and now for an pretty low price.

You enter the hall and from there go to the two big front rooms. Then to the rear, you will see two rooms, the kitchen and the bathroom. Everything is a bit outdated, but offers many opportunities for this price.

Beside the house than a big stone barn with a fine cellar below. Furthermore, in the garden some old buildings, but that is not much. Better to destroy.

Village is an excellent base for beautiful walks along wine houses in Tihany National Park. The thermal bath in the Csisztapuszta just 5 km. In the village all the basic facilities and several simple restaurants with good cuisine.

House should go be refurbished but the village, the plot and this price makes it a special bargain.
