House in Szőlőskislak, Somogy , Hungary

Look at the pictures. It is a beautiful property, but must be renovated. There is quite some work to do. Is in need of a new kitchen, bathroom and if replace in the hallway behind a window for a door to the living room it will give you a nice house and just 5 km from the lake. Very well worth it.

The house is entered in the hall / living room. From here on the left two rooms and straight ahead there is another room. From this room you have to go right to the kitchen and turning right again you enter a hall where you can go out and where the bathroom is. In this hall is a window to the living room. If you do make a door of this, the house is already easily accessible and instantly you will have a beautiful space with 3 bedrooms. Next to the house some barns and especially in front of the house. No lack of space. Opposite the house is also the wine cellar.

Condition of the house is not bad, but simply required maintenance and therefore the low price.

Electricity, gas, water and sewer are available. Heating is partly by the wood stove, partly by gas convectors.

The property will be found in Szőlőskislak, a quiet village, actually a district belonging to Balatonboglar. This is the perfect combination between the authentic Hungarian life and proximity to Lake Balaton. Peaceful in your own garden and then per bike to the tourist bustle of the Balaton. Enough of it ?. Quickly back to your garden.

Village is at a 5 km from the southern shore of Lake Balaton in a hilly landscape centre located between vineyards. Equipped with all amenities such as shops, but also a school, kindergarten, and a general practitioner. A bus stop just a few minutes' walk.

House in need of work, but what is well worth considering the location to the Balaton. House is worth its price.
