This house is in need of some work, but offers certainly sufficient opportunities as it a full stone building. There's a lot of it. You can change at in your own discretion and behind the house you can even realize a nice guesthouse.

This property will be found in a typical Hungarian village. Road and left and right houses. Is a quiet village, so not too much traffic. Village with 500 inhabitants is also not very small, but long. In the village already more foreigners found here their (second) home.

Area is beautiful. Nice central location offers many possibilities. Lake Balaton, the city Marcali (with nice swimming pool) and also the special thermal bath Csisztapuszta all in the immediate surroundings.
