Close to the town of L'isle Jourdain on the river Vienne is this traditional four bedroom town house with riverside garden with views. This house has many traditional features with beamed ceilings, parquet flooring, tiling and fittings. On the ground floor there is a cave, hallway, two large kitchens, and lounge. On the first floor are three bedrooms with one ensuite shower room and a separate shower room. On the second floor is a large bedroom with vaulted ceiling, a dressing room, and a bathroom. This leads through to a gymn. The garden is tucked away and very private, place to retreat from every day life. It has a separate building which can be used for storage or converted to outside barbecue area or a small gite. The garden is part stone walled, part grass and flower beds with decking for table and chairs and fishing on the side of the Vienne.This house only minutes on foot away from all amenities of a small town, restaurants/bars, supermarkets, schools. There is many walks/cycling just a footstep from front door along the riverside. There are local lakes for fishing, riding, and all the activites you would find in countryside and town. There is a local racing track nearby "Val de Vienne" with many bike and car meetings. There are three local airports/TGV nearby and also only a short drive a train station. This house is set in a historical Vienne with a chance for privacy and yet only a few steps from all you need!
