House - Sold - 3 Bedrooms

Absolute BARGAIN! 3 bedroom house with private pool in fantastic peaceful Frenaros location in need of renovation.

If you are a DIY enthusiast with time on your hands to undertake a project then this is the house for you! Set at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with bags of outside space and next to farmland and green areas this is a great house that has been allowed to fall into disrepair. A loving owner with vision will restore it to its former glory!

On the ground floor the main entrance takes you into a good sized lounge area which, unusually for Cyprus, is separate from the lovely kitchen and dining area which could truly become the heart of the home.

On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, a hallway and a family bathroom. All of the wardrobes are in good condition, the floors will need to be re-tiled and then it will be ready to go.

Outside, the plot is triangular with a pool in place to the side of the house. There is parking for at least 3 cars and a further garden space ideal for al fresco dining and relaxing.

Any sensible offers will be considered on this villa with huge potential!

Frenaros

Located inland from the tourist resorts of Ayia Napa and Protaras the village of Frenaros still retains it`s traditional Cypriot village atmosphere with its` coffee shops and local tavernas. During recent years many new houses and luxury villas have been built around the outskirts whilst the village centre still has its traditional bungalows. Adding to the mixture of architecture the village has a few Byzantine churches which date back to the 12th century. A perfect place for residential living or a good base for a holiday Frenaros is only 12 minutes from Ayia Napa and 40 mins down the highway to Larnaca International Airport.
