Huai Yai: New 3 bedroom pool villa in..

A pleasant and modern home inviting to stay.

This villa is built in a brand new gated community in a lovely and quiet area in the up and coming area of Huai Yai.

Far enough to enjoy the quiet greenery of Pattaya's suburbs and close enough to reach Tesco Lotus within 10 minutes. The highway 36 to Bangkok and Rayong is also available in a similar time.

The property offers 3 nice bedrooms with nice new furniture, plenty of space and good lighting.

The bathrooms are well- equipped with the latest fittings. The master-bathroom comes with a bathtub. The living-area is wide open and airy, consisting of a sofa- and TV area, the dining-table and the modern sideboard. The European kitchen has a ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust hood, microwave, fridge/freezer and lots of storage space. The windows and sliding-doors are of white aluminum and mosquito screens are installed as well. All rooms are air conditioned.

The outdoors offers a generous garden in the cozy backside of the house. Good for a badminton or boccia game in the shade. In front, there is the pool created with two zones. A smaller part for children and the main pool for adults. Next to it, the tiled and covered carport.

It`s getting even better: Just everything is new and comes with the house. Built-in and fixed furniture, TV sets, blinds and curtains and even the electric appliances as the dish washing machine in the kitchen.
