Immaculate maison de maître, idyllic..

This fine-looking maison de maitre with double row of genoise, stands of oak trees, huge courtyard formed by very well maintained barns. Views south to the mountains and onto own woodland. This very special corner of Gascony remained in the same family until it was bought and restored to its current high standard by the present owners. The location is timeless but the house offers extremely comfortable living. Great flow and layout. Works well as one large family house but could equally well work as a house with either B&B or separate gite without any modification. Completely rewired and replumbed, oil fired central heating. Large lily pond, orchard, spring with pump for gardening. Just ten minutes from an active market town. The solar panels generate a minimum of 4000 euros per year for the next 17 years with no outlay whatsoever.
