Situated on the edge of a small riverside town with shops and cafes, this house is in need of refreshing - but has some really big plus points - the garden! Under the house we have a separate success, from the garden to two more rooms (each about 15m2), one with sink, both with windows looking to the garden - an easy little granny flat in the making here, with workshop and boiler room to the front of the house.

There is a gorgeous garden which leads down to a large garage which is accessed via a road to the rear of the property. Lovely garden, handy little apartment in the making and a neat little house - I liked it.
