Situated on the edge of a small riverside town with shops and cafes, this house is in need of refreshing - but has some really big plus points - the garden! Into the house, we have a small kitchen with butler's sink, to the rear we have a basic shower room and to the right a sitting room of about 15m2 leads out to a lovely conservatory of around 8m2. To the rear of the house we have two bedrooms each of around 14m2 with windows looking out over the garden and a WC. An attic is reached via a loft ladder - OK for kids and storage but not convertible.

Under the house we have a separate success, from the garden to two more rooms (each about 15m2), one with sink, both with windows looking to the garden - an easy little granny flat in the making here, with workshop and boiler room to the front of the house.

There is a gorgeous garden which leads down to a large garage which is accessed via a road to the rear of the property. Lovely garden, handy little apartment in the making and a neat little house - I liked it.
