Invest On Land In Crete

The mainly rocky land sale is suitable for a high standards hotel with its own heliport, golf course, riding centre, agricultural development, car tracks as well as convention centre.

For 500.000m² of the entire land the permit of the forestry department is already approved, and for another 500.000m² the procedure is already commenced.

Commercial Use of the building density :

Option 1 - using 500.000m² for tourist installation, with a ratio of 0,2, results in a total building density of 100.000m²

Option 2 - using 40% of the above mentioned building density (40.000m²) for the construction of residences, which can be sold immediately.
And - using 60% of the above mentioned building density (60.000m²) for the erection of a hotel, which could be sold after the first five (5) years of ownership.

These options will also apply to the other 500.000m² once the forestry permit is granted.

Paleochora is 77km from Chania on the road Chania - Tavronitis - Voukolies - Kandanos - Paleochora. The town of Paleochora is behind the castle on a small peninsula. There are also many Byzantine churches in the area. Although it is rapidly growing as a tourist centre, it still retains much local colour. The main street is shut off to traffic during the summer evenings and the restaurants and activities of the town extend into the street. On both sides of the peninsula there are public beaches that have long, wide stretches of sand. There are also many hotels and restaurants of all classes. Paleochora can be a base for many excursions in the area around.
