Jomtien Park Villas lavish 4-bedroom..

This is the most lavish and grand villa type within this luxury estate. An impressive, luxury 4-bedroom pool villa in a top estate that is without real competition for it`s downtown location and standards.

From the entrance or via garage, you first cross the curved fish-pond by a small bridge. Then you enter in a corridor that keeps all your utensils for the outside.

From here opens the stunning living-room that consists of two sofa groups. One in the TV-area and one closer to the wide smooth gliding UPVC-sliding doors opening to the tropical garden and the swimming-pool. The latter comes with a modern salt chlorinator which is best for the swimmers skin.

The living-room bears different kind of lighting and the nice wooden ceiling provides a cozy atmosphere.

A bid aside, there is the dining-area and the modern and open western kitchen that comes with a cooking-island, lots of space and all the appliances one needs. Additionally, there is an outdoor Thai-kitchen.

The master-bedroom is over 40 sqm, providing an en-suite bathroom plus walk-in closet and a sofa group of its own.

All bedrooms provide nice views to the pool and/or greenery.

There are separate maid quarters that can be discretely accessed.

The 8 air conditioners have all been upgraded to the the top built-in Daikin ceiling-models. There is TV-connection, ADSL Internet, rain gutters plus a water filtration system for all the taps.

The villa comes fully and exclusively furnished by Decorum. There are plenty of built-in cabinets, all from massive teak-wood.

There is a large covered terrace with a sofa and a table section.

The remote-controlled garage is well aired and provides storage space too. There is a storage and laundry room with washing-machine and tumbler. A sound-system is on place too.
