On the upper level, there is a two bedroom apartment, and a further two independent one bedroom studio apartments. The apartments are all self-contained with their own entrances from the terrace. All the accommodation opens up to the attractive walled courtyard and pool at the rear of the house.

All the rooms are large, the corridors and doorways are very wide and there are no steps. The en suites are also equipped for the disabled.

The very large, paved courtyard is separated into a fenced pool area, with poolside shower, and a formal garden area. The beautiful arched surrounding wall, with typical Mediterranean roof tiles, provides safety, privacy and spectacular views.

The large pool has three very wide steps for access. The courtyard provides entry to the laundry room (with two washing machines, iron, ironing board), further toilet facilities and a very large barbeque house!

The property is approximately a mile from the Sierra de la Pila, a large Regional Park in Murcia. It is a mountainous area covered by pine forests and relatively virgin territory, yet to be discovered by the masses.
