Just Your Imagination....

For those of you looking for a property with income potential but offering you something a bit out of left field of the normal gite complexes, then this delightful set up is ideal. Some of the decor needs updating but that did not seem to bother the holiday makers I spoke to who loved the privacy of a private pool each and the unique, relaxed ambiance. With just your imagination it is easy to see the appeal of this as both a home and a business.

The three individual homes all have there own separate entrances and driveways; you would not even know there were other guests in the same complex. The first gite of two bedrooms has a separate kitchen and lounge. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom above and of course its own pool in front of the sitting out area. The middle property has a magnificent lounge with open fireplace and a large window appreciated by the former owner, an artist. The galley kitchen is a bit on the small side but could be used as a utility room and a large kitchen easily incorporated into the living area, if you were to make this house the main residence. There is a downstairs bedroom and bathroom as well as three further bedrooms and a bathroom above. The third gite has an attractive fitted kitchen with a step down into the lounge area. There are three bedrooms above and two bathrooms. This third gite, as well as having a private pool, also has a quirky annexe which I could imagine youngsters would love as it provides additional sleeping and living accommodation (although no bathroom) away from grown ups.

The gardens are a mix of lawn and established shrubs and fruit trees. There is a hanger and storage in small outbuildings and even a fishpond stocked with frogs and koi carp.

The village has a small shop and is a few minutes drive from the market town of Lezay where there are supermarkets and places to eat out. Poitiers, with its international travel links, is 45 minutes drive away.
