Kamala Naka - 4-Bedroom Hillside Pool..

A really beautiful 4 bedroom villa, with private parking for two vehicles. In the villa you will find 3 double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other two shares an ample sized bathroom. All bedrooms have balconies overlooking the pool and outdoor entertainment area. The design is open plan living, which includes a western kitchen and has ceiling to floor glass windows that effectively brings the outside in and creates a fantastic aura of space.

Leading off the lounge is the master bedroom, a large en-suite bathroom with a dressing area and a particularly attractive feature of an "escape hatch", using this you can swim from the master bedroom, underneath the terrace and out into the main body of the pool. This feature has proven to be very popular with children.
Outside has a large entertainment area, ideal for parties and BBQ's with friends. The pool is 16 meters long and has a good depth of 2 meters to allow safe diving.
The property is in a private setting surrounded by lush tropical rain forest, keeping everywhere in the villa both fresh and cool. The villa is an excellent property for either a holiday rental or those looking for a very comfortable and affordable home.
