The villa has two levels, on the main floor you will find a spacious kitchen with dining room, the living room and 4 bedrooms, 2, ensuite and two sharing a bathroom, There are also a few dressing rooms on this floor. Almost all the rooms have direct access to the terrace in front. All floors are of a very nice pinkish marble.

Why should you buy this villa? First of all for the price, it's impossible to find such an impressive villa so close to the beach with amazing seaviews. The villa is very well positioned in a cul de sac and walking distance to the square in La Alcaidesa with his nice bars and also walking distance to the beach.
Of course, this villa is in need of some updating, so to put the villa again in perfect condition you will have to spend another 100.000-150-000€, but even with this added, it's still an absolute bargain.
