La Mamottiere: 9 Luxury Apartments In..

Off plan 2 bedroom 66.4m2 apartment, with an open plan living room opening onto a beautiful 15.9m2 terrace, just 100 yards from the piste B.

The Marmottiere will be a stunning high end residence : a large chalet at the foot of the pistes with 9 apartments, ranging from 2-5 bedrooms, built on a 1000m2 plot.

The residence is to be built just below the piste B, with return by ski possible, and just 7 minutes walk to the centre of the village. The exterior design will marrry traditional wood and stone architecture with large modern windows enabling maximum light and stunning views of the valley.

The entrance will be modern but simple, with video phones and lift access from the parking. All apartments will have dedicated parking spaces, a large lock up storage area (cave) and a ski locker.

The Residence will be built to RT 2012 standard - the highest possible energy efficiency, with underfloor water heating throughout.

The interiors of the apartments will be finished to an impeccable standard: clients are able to chose from a large selection of fittings, floorboards, tiles, bathroom, kitchen and wall finishes, generously budgeting in the purchase prices. The photos on this webpage are from a previously completed project by the same builder.

At present, clients have the ability to change the internal lay-out, and apartments can be joined, subject to availability.

The project is being delivered by one of Morzine's most reputable developers, employing the best local tradesmen, with a wealth of experience in the valley: we would be delighted to organise viewings of his completed projects for interested parties.
