Lakefront house with 3 bedrooms and beautiful views near Provadia, Varna

This unique property is situated on the banks of a municipal lake near the town of Provadia and is suitable for permanent living, as a holiday home or as an attractive business proposition. The house was originally built in 2000 and used as a successful rental property until 2006 when bought by the current owners who have used it as a permanent residence since.
