Opis

Alpine Springs comprises 65,705m2 sloping site set in the hills above Kolasin looking toward the Bijelasica mountain and ski centre. The site is located in the village of Crkvina approximately 1.5km from the Kolasin highway with access via a local rural stone road. The site has mains electricity, mains water, a fresh water spring and two open streams for technical water. The site is set within a natural forest area and has abundant mature oak, beech and wild fruit trees. Within the whole site 30,000m2 has been allocated for a chalet village of up to 30 chalets. The remainder of the site is designated for an equestrian centre and deer farm together with a club-house that will include tours, activities, leisure and dining facilities. The entire facility will operate as a country club and provide year round usage with full property management services for owners wishing to rent their property.
